Dissolve 1 sachet of jelly powder according to the inscructions on the package and add 1 ½ tablespoons of passion fruit, mix.
Grease a ring cake pan with a drizzle of oil and pour the jelly mixture into this pan, let it chill in the fridge until hardened.
Dissolve the other 2 sachets of jelly powder and transfer to a blender, add the packs of table cream, blend very well.
Transfer this mixture to the pan and let it chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Pour the rest of the passion fruit all over the dessert, to taste.
