Into a bowl, start by adding the white rice and the milk, mix well and let it hydrate for 2 hours.
After this indicated time, transfer all this mixture to a blender.
Add the eggs, the oil, the sugar, the grated coconut and the condensed milk. Mix it all together very well for 5 minutes.
Finally, add the baking powder and use the ‘pulse’ function of the blender to mix it all.
Once you’ve done that, transfer all this mixture to a 20-cm diameter ring cake mold, greased with butter and flour.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Run a knife around the edges and unmold.
