Roast Chicken

Make some cuts all over the chicken drumsticks, place them in a bowl and add the tomato paste, curry, black pepper, cumin powder, sweet paprika, chili flakes and oil, finally add ¼ cup of water and mix very well so that the seasoning incorporates into all the chicken. Add salt and oregano to taste, mix again.Add a drizzle of oil into a round baking tin and spread well.Transfer the chicken to the baking tin and place the sliced potatoes between these drumsticks.Also add some green pepper cut into strips, the tomato slices and the onion slices.Cover the baking tin with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 1 hour.Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes.Serve.

1kg of Chicken Drumsticks
2 Potatoes
2 Tablespoons  of Oil
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
1 Pinch of Black Pepper
½ Teaspoon of Cumin Powder
½ Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
1 Tablespoon of Salt
¼ Cup (240ml Cup) of Water
1 Teaspoon of Oregano
Green Pepper Strips to Taste
1 Small Tomato
½ Small Onion
Aluminum Foil for Covering
Drizzle of Oil for Greasing

Add salt and oregano to taste, mix again.

Add a drizzle of oil into a round baking tin and spread well. 

Transfer the chicken to the baking tin and place the sliced potatoes between these drumsticks. 

Also add some green pepper cut into strips, the tomato slices and the onion slices. 

Cover the baking tin with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 1 hour. 

Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes. 

Serve.
