Into a saucepan with the heat still off, add the butter or margarine, the packs of condensed milk, the milk, turn the heat on medium and stir nonstop until the butter fully melts. Add the grated coconut and stir nonstop until it thickens and gains consistency.
Turn off the heat.
Transfer this mixture to a bowl and spread well, making it flat.
Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
In a saucepan over low heat, pour some water, not too much, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Put the chocolate chips in a bowl and place this bowl over the pan with water. Cook it in a double boiler and stir until the chocolate melts.
Add the pack of table cream to the melted chocolate and stir until it combines and forms a ganache.
Pour this ganache all over the coconut dessert, after the 2 hour fridge time.
Take it back to the fridge and let it chill for 1 hour.
Serve.
