In a large bowl, add the pancake mix, gradually add the water, mix until combined and set this batter aside.
Now, dip the chocolate bar halfway into the jar of peanut butter.

In a saucepan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Once the oil is hot enough, get a skimmer and dip it in the oil to grease it, then place the pancake better on this greased skimmer.
Add the chocolate bar and top it with more pancake batter, until the chocolate has been fully covered.
Dip the skimmer in the oil and fry the pancake until slightly golden brown.
Next, place the pancake on a plate filled with paper towels to soak up excess oil.
Repeat the process with the other half of the chocolate bar.
