In a teacup, add the bags of black tea, the hot water and mix to dissolve.
In a large bowl, add the wheat flour, the granulated sugar and mix.
Add the fruit jam, the tea we prepared earlier, the oil and mix everything very well until combined.
Add the baking soda, the white vinegar and mix again to incorporate.
Next, transfer this batter to a baking tray or round baking dish greased with butter and wheat flour.
Spread this batter well evenly until flat, take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and let it bake for 40 minutes.
Finish by sprinkling icing sugar to taste all over the whole cake.
Serve.
