In a large ovenproof dish, add the penne pasta, the tomato sauce, the diced peeled tomatoes, the grated mozzarella cheese and the grated parmesan cheese.
Add the red onion, the zucchini and the red and yellow peppers all chopped into cubes.
Add the garlic pasta and 1 drizzle of olive oil.
Season everything with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the dried basil, the dried parsley and the chili flakes.
Add the water, the cream cheese and take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F), then bake for 40 minutes.
Finish by mixing all the ingredients very well until incorporated into the pasta.
Serve.
