Into a blender, start pouring the plain yogurt pots, the milk powder, the lime juice, and the sugar. Let it all blend very well for about 5 minutes or until combined.
If necessary, remove any milk powder stuck to the edges of the blender then blend it all again.
Once you’ve done that, transfer all the mousse to a glass dish. I’m using a 1.2L glass dish.
Cover this glass dish with plastic wrap and take it to the fridge. Let it chill for about 2 hours.
After the indicated time, add some lime zest all over the dessert.
Garnish to taste.
