Into a bowl, add the warm milk, the sugar and the dry yeast powder, mix well.Add the vegetable oil and mix again.Add the sifted wheat flour and the salt, mix until combined.Knead the dough by hand until smooth, after that, add the butter and keep kneading.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 40 minutes.After this indicated time, grease a round 25cm-diameter baking pan with butter.Transfer all the dough to this baking pan and flatten it by hand until it’s flat and evenly spread all over the baking pan.Cover the baking pan with a tablecloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.After that, using your fingertips, shape the dough forming a crust, and press your fingers into the center of the dough.Top with grated mozzarella cheese.Add the eggs, spreading them all over the dough.Add chives to taste and sesame seeds all around the crust.Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and let it bake for 30 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.Serve.
