200g of Thick Oat Flakes
1L of Milk
½ Teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder
200ml of Water
5 Tablespoons of Corn Starch
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Cup of Condensed Milk
Into a saucepan, add the oat flakes, the milk and the cinnamon, mix well and over medium heat, stir until it starts to boil.
When that happens, turn off the heat and set aside.
Into a bowl, add the water and the corn starch, mix well until combined.
Into a skillet, add the cinnamon sticks, the cloves and 200ml of water, let it all boil for 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove the cinnamon sticks and the cloves, add the corn starch mixture and stir until combined.
Into a blender, add all the milk-oats mixture, the corn starch mixture and blend all the ingredients very well.
Add the condensed milk and blend again.
Finally, pour all the drink into a large bowl filled with ice cubes by passing it through a sieve. Mix very well.
