Start by cutting the small ripe and peeled papayas into cubes.
Next, set aside ⅓ of the papaya cubes, add the rest to a blender and blend very well until smooth.
Transfer everything to a medium bowl, add the condensed milk, the heavy cream and with the help of a whisk, mix everything very well until smooth and well combined.
Add the unflavored gelatin hydrated according to the package instructions and mix again to incorporate.
Now, grease a 22cm diameter pan with coconut oil.
Next, add the papaya cubes we set aside earlier.
Add the mixture we prepared and gently mix with the help of a spoon.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours or until it’s nicely firm.
After this time has passed, unmold the dessert onto a nice serving plate.
Serve.
