Beer Syrup

Into a large skillet, start by adding the brown sugar, stir it very well until it starts to melt.Once it has fully melted, add the beer, and keep stirring very well, then once you finish adding all the beer, add the bay leaves.Stir it for about 15 minutes, so that the syrup thickens slightly.Once you’ve done that, transfer it to a container that can be sealed and that can go in the fridge.While transferring the syrup to the container, make sure to pass it through a sieve to remove the bay leaves.Store it in the fridge.Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.Take care.

  • 1 Cup of Brown Sugar (240ml)
  • 1 Bottle of Beer (330ml)
  • 2 Bay Leaves (Optional)

Stir it for about 15 minutes, so that the syrup thickens slightly.
