Start by adding the strawberry-flavored gelatin to the sweetened condensed milk and beat very well using a mixer until smooth.
If you prefer, you can do this step using a blender instead.
After doing that, transfer everything to a large saucepan, add the heavy cream, the milk and stir everything very well until smooth.
Turn on the heat to medium and stir for another 5 minutes.
Finally, pour this mixture into a silicone mold.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
After this time has passed, the dessert will be firm.
Next, unmold it onto a nice serving plate and decorate it with cocoa powder to taste and strawberries to taste.
