Ganache
In a skillet with boiling water, add the cookies and stir everything very well until the cookies dissolve.
Add the sugar, the milk and mix everything very well until smooth.
Transfer this mixture to a large bowl, add the eggs, the vegetable oil, the wheat flour and beat everything very well until smooth.
Add the baking powder and mix gently to combine.
Next, transfer this batter to a 22cm round cake pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate.
Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals, always mixing between the breaks until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add the heavy cream and mix everything thoroughly until combined.
After the cake has finished baking, unmold it onto a beautiful serving plate, and finish with the chocolate ganache we prepared.
Serve.
