1 Teaspoon of Salt
Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
¼ Red Pepper
2 Bunches of Chives
40g of Oat Flakes
Start by cutting the avocado in half, remove the pit, cut the avocado into dices and remove from the shell.
Transfer all the avocado to a bowl, add the salt, the black pepper, the lime juice, mix all the ingredients very well.
Add the red pepper chopped into dices, mix and set aside.
Chop the cucumber and the tomato into slices. Also chop the bunches of chives.
Into a bowl, add the oat flakes and the egg, mix very well.
Now, into a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it out.
Add ½ of the oat mixture and spread, shaping it into a round pancake, let it fry for 3 minutes, after this indicated time, flip it and fry on the other side for another minute.
Transfer it to a plate and add some of the guacamole we prepared.
Add 2 slices of tomato, 3 slices of cucumber and the chives to taste, close the tortilla by folding it over the filling.
Repeat this process with the rest of the mixture and serve.
