Pasta Alfredo

In a large baking dish, add the cream cheese, the penne pasta, the white sauce and cover the pasta and the sauce with the grated mozzarella cheese.Season everything with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic paste and a pinch of dried parsley.Add the heavy cream, the chicken broth, the grated parmesan cheese and the butter cut into little cubes.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.Next, mix all the ingredients very well until incorporated into the pasta.Add the crispy breaded chicken breast cut into strips, some parsley to taste and give it another mix.Now, add another 200g of grated mozzarella cheese.Take it all back to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake until the mozzarella melts and browns.Serve.

  • 300g of Cream Cheese

  • 400ml of Heavy Cream
  • 400ml of Chicken Broth
  • 100g of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 80g of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Crispy Breaded Chicken Breast
  • Parsley to Taste
  • +200g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese

If u don’t have parsley can substitute oregano in it. it’s just as good but fairly this was my first time making this and my god never made anything like this it was a completely low maintenance meal easy and tasted amazing ❤️❤️❤️
