Chocolate Wafer Pie

Crush the wafer biscuits in a food processor until a crumbly dough is formed. Transfer this dough to a cake mold with removable bottom, evenly spreading the dough all over the bottom of the mold, leaving it as flat as possible.Get the wafer biscuits and place them around the mold, sticking them to the edges. Set aside.Into a bowl, add the heavy cream or whipped cream mixture, beat very well until it starts to reach whipped cream consistency. When that happens, add the condensed milk and the hazelnut cream, beat again until combined and thickened.Once you've beaten it, transfer half of this cream to the mold and cover it with 4 wafer biscuits, arranging them in the shape of a cross. This will give the pie some support.Then pour the rest of the chocolate cream and evenly spread it, making it as flat as possible.Garnish with sprinkles to taste.Place in the fridge and leave for at least 4 hours.Unmold and serve.

  • 250g of Chocolate Wafer Biscuits
  • 25 Chocolate Wafer Biscuits
  • 500ml of Heavy Cream or Whipped Cream Mix
  • 100g of Condensed Milk
  • 200g of Hazelnut Cream
  • Sprinkles to Taste

Get the wafer biscuits and place them around the mold, sticking them to the edges. Set aside. 

Into a bowl, add the heavy cream or whipped cream mixture, beat very well until it starts to reach whipped cream consistency. When that happens, add the condensed milk and the hazelnut cream, beat again until combined and thickened.

Once you've beaten it, transfer half of this cream to the mold and cover it with 4 wafer biscuits, arranging them in the shape of a cross. This will give the pie some support. 

Then pour the rest of the chocolate cream and evenly spread it, making it as flat as possible. 

Garnish with sprinkles to taste.

Place in the fridge and leave for at least 4 hours.

Unmold and serve.
