Peach Trifle

Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the wheat flour, mix well until combined.Add the milk and bring to a medium-low heat, stirring until a consistent cream is formed.Transfer the cream to a bowl and let it cool down.Once you’ve done that, add the consistent whipped cream with stiff peaks and mix until combined.Into a glass dish, add some of the cream, covering its whole bottom. Then make a layer of cornstarch biscuits.Once that's done, cover the biscuits with about 100g of diced peaches. Now add half of the remaining cream, make another layer of biscuits then another layer of diced peaches.Add the remaining cream and evenly spread all over it.Sprinkle some milk powder and garnish with cherries and peaches, to taste.Take it to the fridge and let it chill for about 3 hours.Help yourself to a slice.

  • 1 ½ Packs of Condensed Milk
  • 25g of Wheat Flour
  • 450ml of Milk
  • 200g of Whipped Cream
  • 200g of Corn Starch Biscuits
  • 300g of Peaches

Add the milk and bring to a medium-low heat, stirring until a consistent cream is formed.
