Into a bowl add the condensed milk, the coconut milk and the dry grated coconut, with a spatula, mix it all together very well. Set aside.
Dip the biscuits in the milk, make a layer of dip-milked biscuits in the bottom of a glass dish. Add 3 tablespoons of the cream over the biscuits and spread well. Repeat this process until you've used up all the cream.
If you don't like coconut milk, you can use table cream instead.
Finally, top it with some grated coconut, leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
Serve.
