Start by slicing the tomatoes into 6 equal-sized wedges, then transfer them to a large bowl. Set aside.
Chop the pepper into very thin slices and transfer to the bowl with the tomatoes.
Then, chop the chives and parsley, to taste. After that, transfer it to the bowl as well.
Crush the peeled garlic cloves until well crushed. Transfer them to the bowl.
Now, season the tomatoes with oregano, salt and sugar. Add black pepper, vinegar and olive oil or oil.
If you wish, you can replace the vinegar with lemon juice.
Now, mix very well so that all these spices incorporate into the tomatoes.
Take the salad to the fridge and let it chill for 1 hour.
