Into a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and the onion chopped into dices, sauté until slightly golden brown. Add the crushed garlic cloves and sauté them until brown.
Add the ground beef and cook it until cooked through and until the water dries out.
Season with salt, sweet paprika, black pepper and oregano, add the tomato sauce and the warm water, mix it all together very well until combined. Add the sugar and the olives, mix it all again, close skillet and let it all cook for about 5 minutes.
Top it with some parsley and mix.
After that, transfer half of this meat to a bowl and set aside.
Turn off the heat and make a layer of lasagna sheets over the meat in the skillet. On top of this layer, add half of the chopped ham and half the chopped cheese, spreading very well.
Add the rest of the meat over the cheese, spreading evenly.
Make another layer of lasagna sheets, placing them over the meat and finally add the rest of the chopped ham and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle oregano to taste.
Close the skillet and let the lasagna cook through for about 10 to 15 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Serve.
