In a pan, put the condensed milk, the table cream, the milk powder and mix it all together very well.
Turn on the heat (medium power) and stir very well until it gains consistency.
Turn off the heat and stir for another minute, transfer the cream to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it cool.
Whip the whipped cream until creamy, keep it in the fridge.
In a mixer, whip the milk cream (once it has already cooled down) for 2 minutes. Mix the milk cream with the whipped cream and transfer to a glass dish.
Top with white chocolate sprinkles if you like.
Let it chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
