Start by cutting the apples, first remove the stem, then cut each apple into strips and into smaller pieces.
Transfer to a blender, add the water and blend until the apples dissolve completely.
In a large bowl, add the rolled oats, the apple mixture, mix until well combined and set aside.
Now, mash a ripe banana with a fork until it turns into a puree, add this mashed banana to the bowl with the apple mixture and the oats.
Add the eggs and mix everything very well until combined.
Next, add the raisins, the cinnamon powder and mix everything very well.
Add the baking powder and mix gently.
Transfer all this batter to a cake pan greased with butter and wheat flour.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
