Potato Seasoning
In a bowl, place the ground beef, add the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the dehydrated mint, the onion, the garlic and parsley to taste, mix very well until the seasoning incorporates into the meat, set aside.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices, transfer them to a bowl and season with salt, add the oil or olive oil, mix very well until the seasoning incorporates into all the potatoes, set aside.
Into a baking sheet, add 1 drizzle of olive oil or oil, spread it very well all over the baking sheet.
Get half of the potato slices and spread them all over the bottom of the baking sheet, making a layer. Then cover these potatoes with the ground beef, spreading it well. Get the over half of the potato slices and cover the meat with them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
After this baking time, take it out of the oven, chop some more parsley and spread it on top, also top it with the grated mozzarella, spreading well.
Finally, chop the grape or cherry tomatoes and spread them all over the baking sheet, in 2 rows.
Return to the oven preheated at 200 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
Serve.
