Pour the liter of milk into a pan and let it boil. As soon as it starts to boil, turn off the heat.
Add the vinegar and mix very well, as the milk will curdle.
Sieve the milk to separate the liquid part from the curd, you can use a dish towel if you prefer (use a spoon to help).
Transfer the curd to a blender and blend it with the butter and a pinch of salt, add the milk gradually until it reaches a creamy consistency (creamy cheese spread consistency).
Transfer to a pot or glass and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
