Beef Stuffed Potato Pancakes

Into a bowl, put the chopped potatoes, the eggs, the milk, the salt, the oil and beat it all together very well until a smooth and uniform batter is formed. Add the wheat flour and mix very well with a whisk or spatula.Heat the skillet and add 1 scoop of this batter, cook for about 1 minute then flip it to brown the other side as well, take the pancake out of the skillet and set aside on a plate.Repeat this process until you've used up all the batter.Into a saucepan, add some olive oil or oil, add the onions, sauté until golden. Add the ground beef, stir and cover the pan. Let it cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat or until the juices dry up completely.Add the pepper, the black pepper, the salt, the sweet paprika, mix very well. Let it all cook for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat.Get a pancake and fill it with the ground beef, fold the edges of the pancake and roll it into a log shape to prevent the meat from leaking.Transfer to a plate an serve.

Ingredientes

Batter

  • 2 Medium Potatoes (500g)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Full Teaspoon of Salt
  • 400ml of Milk
  • 30ml of Sunflower Oil
  • 8 Very Full Tablespoons of Wheat Flour

Filling

  • 500g of Ground Beef
  • ½ Small Green Pepper
  • ½ Chopped Medium Onion 
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
