Divide the salty bread dough into 12 equal-sized small balls.
Then, flatten one of these balls, stuff it with 1 slice of pepperoni and a small piece of mozzarella cheese.
Close the dough by covering this stuffing and shape it into a ball.
Repeat this process with all the dough balls.
Transfer all these balls to a round baking tray.
Place the tomato sauce in the middle of these dough balls and spread it well.
Then, add the cream cheese, season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
Take it to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the melted unsalted butter, the egg, the crushed garlic cloves, parsley to taste, mix everything until combined and set aside.
After the 5 minutes have passed, remove the baking tray from the oven and mix the cream cheese with the sauce very well until combined.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese on top of the cream cheese and add +25g of pepperoni slices.
Brush the mixture we prepared all over the bread, take it to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
