Batter
Start by cutting the apple in half then into thin strips.
Then, drizzle the apple slices with the juice of half a lemon and set aside.
The lemon will prevent the apple from oxidizing and turning brown.
In a medium bowl, add the egg, a pinch of salt, the sugar and mix.
Add the vanilla essence, the vegetable oil, the milk and mix.
Them, add the wheat flour and mix until smooth.
Add the baking powder and mix gently once more.
In a large skillet, add the granulated sugar, spreading it over the entire bottom.
Add the apple slices we cut earlier and pour in the batter we prepared.
Turn the heat to low power, cover the skillet and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, turn the cake over with the help of a plate.
Cover the skillet again and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
To finish, top everything with caramel syrup to taste and spread it.
