Fruit Popsicle

Start by cutting a slice of watermelon and placing it at the base of a syringe with the tip removed.Fit the fruit in the syringe then cut a slice of pineapple and press it gently on top of the watermelon inside the syringe.Do the same with a slice of kiwi, a slice of banana and finish with another slice of watermelon and carefully press down to ensure all the fruit pieces are securely packed together.Next, insert a popsicle stick into the center of the syringe, piercing through all the layers of fruit.Then, carefully remove the popsicle from the mold and place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes, just to firm it up a bit.Repeat the same process 2 more times with the same syringe to make the other two popsicles.The fruits I’m using here are merely suggestions.Feel free to replace them with any of your favorite fruits.In a medium bowl, add the chopped milk chocolate.Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals, always mixing between the breaks until the chocolate is completely melted.Then, transfer the melted chocolate to a tall glass.Once the popsicle is fully set, dip it into the chocolate-filled glass, making sure to coat the entire surface evenly.Place it back in the freezer or refrigerator until the chocolate is completely set.Serve.

  • 3 Popsicle Sticks
  • 1 Large Syringe (60ml)
