Frosting
Start by adding the Oreo cookies to a skillet filled with boiling water and stir everything very well until the cookies dissolve.
Add the sugar, the milk and stir everything well until combined.
Next, transfer this mixture to a large bowl, add the eggs, the vegetable oil, the wheat flour and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add the baking powder and mix gently to combine.
Then pour this batter into a 22cm baking pan greased with wheat flour and butter.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the powdered milk, the unsalted butter and stir until the mixture is smooth and the butter has fully melted.
Add the heavy cream and keep stirring until it thickens.
After the cake has been baked, remove it from the pan, place it on a beautiful plate and finish with the creamy mixture we prepared.
Serve.

I appreciate people that donate their recipes for everyone to try. I don't want to sound ungrateful but could the ingredients of these recipes either be written in standard measurements or metric measurements, but not both. Please and thank you.

For people outside of the country you are in, it would make it easier for people to use your app is we didn't have to convert all the measurements like grams and ml and cm. Not every country uses them measurements
