Oven Bag Baked Vegetables

Start by chopping the cabbage into thin strips, add one pinch of salt and mix.Cut the onion into thin strips, transfer them to a bowl, add enough hot water to cover them and let them soak.Cut the carrot into thin strips and set aside.Cut off the ends of the zucchinis, cut them in half, then into small cubes.Cut the broccoli head by removing the stalk and cutting the florets in half.Peel the potatoes, cut them in half then into small cubes.Once you’ve chopped all the vegetables, in an oven bag add all the cabbage, all the carrot, the zucchinis chopped into cubes, all the onion, the broccoli and the potatoes, season all the ingredients with the salt, the black pepper and the fine herbs seasoning mix, close the bag according to the instructions in the package, and mix very well.Transfer the bag to a baking sheet and poke holes all over the bag using a toothpick.Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30 minutes.Take the vegetables out of the bag and serve.
