Passion Fruit Jelly Pudding

Into a pan, add the whole milk and heat up until it almost starts to boil.Add the passion fruit jelly powder and mix until fully dissolved.In a blender, put the jelly-milk mixture we've just prepared, the condensed milk and the table cream, blend until combined.Grease a ring cake pan with water or with a drizzle of oil and pour in the mixture.Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.Into a pan, add the passion fruit, the sugar and the water, mix very well, bring to a boil and stir eventually, until it gains consistency.Remove the pudding from the fridge and pour the syrup (once cooled) all over it.

  • 2 Packets of Passion Fruit Jelly Powder
  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Pack of Table Cream (200g)

  • 1 Passion Fruit
  • ½ Cup of Water
  • ½ Cup of Sugar
