Syrup
Into a pan, add the whole milk and heat up until it almost starts to boil.
Add the passion fruit jelly powder and mix until fully dissolved.
In a blender, put the jelly-milk mixture we've just prepared, the condensed milk and the table cream, blend until combined.
Grease a ring cake pan with water or with a drizzle of oil and pour in the mixture.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
Into a pan, add the passion fruit, the sugar and the water, mix very well, bring to a boil and stir eventually, until it gains consistency.
Remove the pudding from the fridge and pour the syrup (once cooled) all over it.
