Start by cutting the hot dog sausages into round slices.
Also chop the onion into dices and transfer them to a skillet with olive oil, let it brown.
Meanwhile, cut the carrot in half, put the halves together then chop into round slices.
Transfer the carrot to the skillet and mix.
Cut the mushroom into slices, but this ingredient is totally optional, then transfer it to the skillet, stir for 1 minute. Cover the skillet and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes on low heat.
Meanwhile, cook the rice with 1 teaspoon of salt.
After the cooking time, pour all the sausage into the skillet, add the table cream, mix very well, season with salt, black pepper, paprika and oregano, mix very well.
Cover the skillet again and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
After that, turn off the heat and set aside.
Grate the mozzarella cheese and set aside.
Spread some of the cooked rice all over the bottom of a medium baking dish and cover it with all the sausage mixture, spreading well. Then cover it with the rest of the rice, spreading well. Finally, cover it with the grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve.
