Strawberry Jam Dessert with Whipped Cream

Start by making a circular mark on puff pastry with a round lid then cut along this marking.Next, prick the entire pastry with a fork and sprinkle it with sugar.Take it to a preheated oven at 350° F and bake for 20 minutes.In a large bowl, add the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the condensed milk and the whipping cream.Beat everything very well with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form then set aside.In a saucepan over medium to low heat, add the strawberries, the sugar and the lemon juice.Mix everything very well until the strawberries melt almost completely.Next, turn off the heat and beat everything with a hand blender until it is smooth.Then dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add it to the jam.Turn on the heat to low and stir until the jam thickens slightly.Remove it from the heat and set it aside.To assemble the dessert, place the baked pastry in a removable-bottom pan.Next, make a layer with half of the whipped cream we made then cover it with half of the jam we prepared.Make another layer with the remaining whipped cream and another layer with the strawberry jam.Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 1 hour.Meanwhile, prepare another 300g of puff pastry with the help of a cooling rack.Make vertical marks then make horizontal marks.Form little squares and cut along the markings.Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.After this time has passed, cover the pie we prepared with this pastry.Take the dessert to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.After this time has passed, decorate the dessert with strawberry jam to taste.Serve.

  • 10ml of Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
  • 100ml of Water
