
Start by adding the corn into the can of condensed milk and using a mixer, blend everything thoroughly until all the corn is completely crushed.
You can do this process in a blender if you like.
After doing that, transfer this entire mixture to a large bowl.
Add the heavy cream, the cornmeal and mix everything very well until it becomes a smooth and uniform batter.
Next, add the baking powder and gently mix to incorporate it into the batter.
After doing that, transfer this batter to a cake pan greased with unsalted butter and dusted with cornmeal, then spread the batter evenly.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
