Sausage Pizza

Start by removing the skins from the sausages and transfer them to a bowl, skinless. Mash them well by hand.To a pizza tray greased with a drizzle of oil, transfer all the sausages and spread them all over the bottom of the tray.Take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and leave for about 40 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.Meanwhile, into a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the red onion chopped into dices, and sauté until lightly browned. Add the crushed garlic cloves and let them brown.Add a medium tomato chopped into dices and stir until the tomatoes start to break down. Add the tomato sauce and mix again.Season with salt, chimichurri and sweet paprika, mix well and set aside.Once the sausage crust has baked through, pour the tomato sauce we’ve just made all over it, spreading very well.Add the mozzarella, a tomato cut into thin slices, some red onion cut into strips, olives to taste, Parmesan cheese to taste and some oregano.Take it back to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and let it bake for about 10 minutes.Serve.

  • ½ Teaspoon Sweet Paprika
  • 200g of Mozzarella Cheese
  • Green Olives to Taste
  • Parmesan Cheese to Taste
  • Oregano to Taste
