Start by cutting the chicken breast into slices, place the slices on a cutting board and cover them with plastic wrap. With a mallet, pound each slice to flatten them a bit more.
To season them, sprinkle salt and black pepper over each slice.
Into a bowl, add the cheese, the grated carrot, add a generous amount of chopped parsley and finally, the table cream, mix it all together very well until combined.
Get some of this cream and spread it over each chicken slice, then roll these slices into log shapes.
Repeat this process with all chicken slices.
Put all the chicken into a small round baking pan greased with a drizzle of olive oil or oil. Put the chicken rolls next to each other, forming a spiral shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 to 25 minutes.
Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
After this indicated baking time, brush some table cream over the chicken rolls.
Take it back to the preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for another 15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley to taste.
Serve.
