Start by finely chopping the spinach leaves.
Also chop the onion into small dices.
Into a bowl, add the eggs, the Brazilian cream cheese and beat until combined. Add the salt, the garlic powder, the black pepper and 150g of cheese, mix all the ingredients very well and set aside.
Into a skillet, add a drizzle of oil, add the diced onion and stir until slightly translucent. Add the chopped spinach and stir-fry until slightly wilted.
After that, transfer all of it to a nice baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Pour in all the sauce we made and cover with 100g of grated mozzarella cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and let it bake for 30 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Serve.
