In a large pan, start by adding the passion fruits cut in half.
Add water to cover everything, also add three cinnamon sticks and cloves to taste.
Cover the pan, turn on the heat to low and let it all cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, in a small bowl, add the cornstarch, the water and mix until the starch dissolves.
Add this mixture to the pan and mix very well, removing the pulp from the peels.
Then, cover the pan again and let everything cook for another five minutes.
Remove the cinnamon sticks using a pair of tongs.
Transfer everything from the pan to a blender and blend very well until combined.
Pass everything through a sieve, removing the largest seeds, then put everything back in the blender.
Add the cold milk, the condensed milk and blend everything again until combined.
Serve with plenty of ice.
