Into a baking tin, add the hydrated tapioca, spread well, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes. After that, break into smaller pieces.
In a blender, put the egg, the milk, the butter and the salt, blend until combined.
Put the tapioca in a bowl, add the mixture to this bowl, also add the mozzarella cheese and mix by hand into a dough.
Shape the breads as you like, repeat the process with all the dough.
Grease a baking tin with butter and flour, add the breads and bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (446°F) for 15 to 25 minutes or until slightly brown.
