Start by cooking the rice and transfer it to a bowl.
Next, over the bowl, cut the hotdog sausages into smaller pieces.
Add the eggs, the salt, the oregano, the turmeric, one pinch of black pepper, the ham chopped into squares, the chives and parsley, the tomato chopped into small cubes, the onion chopped into small cubes and the milk, mix all the ingredients very well until incorporated.
Add the wheat flour and mix until combined.
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add 1 drizzle of olive oil and spread it well using a brush.
Pour in the mixture we made and spread it evenly on the skillet.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip it using a plate.
Cover the skillet again and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
