1 Cup of White Rice
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder
Pinch of Nutmeg
½ Cup of Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Essence
Start by cutting the beetroots into round slices and transfer them to a bowl.
Add the white rice.
Transfer all the ingredients to a saucepan and season with the cinnamon powder and the nutmeg, add enough water to cover all the ingredients.
Turn on the heat to maximum power and stir.
Let it boil, lower the heat, cover the saucepan and let it all cook for 20 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove from the heat, transfer all the ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
If necessary, add another cup of cold water and blend again.
Next, transfer all this liquid to a bowl by passing it through a sieve.
Now get 2 scoops of this liquid and transfer back to the blender, add the sugar and blend well.
Next, pour this mixture into the bowl with the rest of the juice, add the vanilla essence, the lime juice, mix well again.
Transfer all of it to a nice jar.
Serve with ice.
