Potato Pizza Crust

In a pizza baking tin, add the olive oil and with a brush, spread it well.Place the cooked potatoes on the tin and smash them making sure they’re well spread around the baking tin, just like shown in the video.Season the base with the salt, the black pepper and set aside.Cut the pepperoni/calabrese sausage into thin round slices and transfer them to a skillet, add the crushed garlic cloves, stir-fry all the ingredients for 2 minutes.Next, top the potato base with 2 ladles of tomato sauce and spread well.Add the grated mozzarella cheese all over it, the fried sausage slices, the onion chopped into thin round slices, oregano to taste and one drizzle of olive oil.Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30 minutes.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil 
  • 4 Medium Potatoes 
  • 1 Pinch of Salt 
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper

  • 1 Onion 
  • Oregano to Taste

Place the cooked potatoes on the tin and smash them making sure they’re well spread around the baking tin, just like shown in the video. 

Season the base with the salt, the black pepper and set aside. 

Cut the pepperoni/calabrese sausage into thin round slices and transfer them to a skillet, add the crushed garlic cloves, stir-fry all the ingredients for 2 minutes. 

Next, top the potato base with 2 ladles of tomato sauce and spread well. 

Add the grated mozzarella cheese all over it, the fried sausage slices, the onion chopped into thin round slices, oregano to taste and one drizzle of olive oil. 

Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve.
