Start by cutting the potatoes in half, transfer them to a saucepan and add enough water to cover them, add the salt, cover the saucepan and let them cook for 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water and set aside.
In a skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted. Add the halved potatoes with the flat side facing down onto the skillet and fry them for 3 minutes.
Season them with the black pepper, the oregano, the sweet paprika, add the crushed garlic cloves, add another tablespoon of unsalted butter and sauté until golden brown.
Next, add the lime juice and stir until incorporated.
Finish by adding parsley to taste.
