Start by moistening 200g of vanilla-flavored sandwich cookies with 200ml of heavy cream.
Place these cookies on a large baking dish, covering the entire bottom and set aside.
Then, separate the filling from another 200g of vanilla sandwich cookies.
Transfer these cookies to a mixer, beat until crumbly and set aside.
In a large bowl, add all the cookie filling we separated.
Add another 300ml of heavy cream and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Then, add all this mixture to the baking dish with the cookies and arrange this cream evenly.
Add the crumbled cookies, covering everything
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 4 hours.
Serve.
