Bacon
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the milk, the water and let it heat up until it comes to a boil.
When that happens, add the pasta, stir everything to combine and let it all cook for 3 minutes.
After this time has passed, season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, stir to incorporate and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the unsalted butter and stir until it melts completely.
Next, add the grated mozzarella cheese and stir all the ingredients once more to combine.
After doing that, in another large skillet over medium to low heat, add the bacon cut into smaller pieces and sauté until it starts to get golden brown.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté until they are golden brown.
Season with the sweet paprika, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of nutmeg and stir well to combine.
Finally, to assemble the recipe, place the pieces of bacon we prepared on a plate, forming a bed.
Then add the pasta and to finish, add some chopped parsley to taste.
Serve.
