Whipped Cream
To Decorate
Start by poking some holes in the chocolate cake placed in a large dish using a thick straw.
Add the sweetened condensed, the evaporated milk and the chocolate milk over everything.
Next, use a spatula to loosen the sides of the cake as I am doing to allow the liquids to better soak into the cake holes.
Place it in the freezer and let it chill for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the whipping cream, the chocolate mousse powder and beat everything very well until it reaches stiff peaks consistency.
Next, add this whipped cream to the cake that has been chilling and spread it into a nice, even layer.
Now, decorate it with red berries to taste, the sprigs of fresh mint, the Ferrero Rocher chocolates and the small chocolate bars.
Finish with finely chopped pistachios.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve.
