The Meat
In a bowl, place the precooked and chopped carrots, broccoli and zucchini, also add the olives, the sweet corn, the eggs, salt, sweet paprika and 100g of soft cheese spread, mix it all together very well and set aside.
In another bowl, place the ground beef, black pepper, salt, two crushed garlic cloves, one egg and the breadcrumbs, mix very well with your hands until combined.
Transfer the meat to a round baking pan with removable bottom and with your hands or a spoon, spread this meat very well around the edges and the bottom of the pan.
Transfer all the vegetables we've set aside to the pan, cover them with grated mozzarella cheese and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serve.
