Start by cutting the bananas into thin round slices.
Transfer them to a bowl, add the beaten eggs, the milk, the water, the sugar and the dry yeast powder, beat all the ingredients very well until combined.
Add the sifted wheat flour and mix very well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the batter ferment for 1 hour at room temperature.

Add 2 scoops of the banana batter and let it fry for 2 minutes. Then flip the pancake and let it fry for another 2 minutes.
