Into a bowl, add the ricotta cheese chopped into dices and mash it with a fork.
Add the mozzarella cheese, the eggs, parsley to taste, the salt, the milk, the wheat flour and the baking powder, mix it all together very well. If you can no longer mix with a spoon or spatula, mix with your hands until combined.
Sprinkle some wheat flour on a table and place the dough on it. Cut the dough in half.
Set one of these halves aside, and stretch the other one with a rolling pin, until it forms a 23cm circle.
Cut the dough into 8 equal-sized pieces, pizza style.
Repeat this process with the other half of dough.
Into a skillet over medium heat filled with oil, fry both sides until golden brown.
Remove the slices and drain them on paper towels.
Serve.
